Meet Raymond Epp
Raymond Epp is an educator, writer, and agro-ecology coach with My Regenerative Journey and owner of Maoi Cover Seeds in Hokkaido, Japan. With an educational background in Peace Studies, Theology, and agro-ecology and 35 years of farming experience Raymond has learned that failures are an opportunity for new beginnings.
Raymond is pioneering regenerative agriculture in Japan and inspiring a new generation to see the world in new ways transforming the way we think about the food system, architecture and energy through working directly with farmers, organizing local businesses and ecologically designed housing. The art of making a life in this world is holy work.
Raymond's Specialties & Interests
I am interested in non-violent social change and mindset change. I have experience in designing cover crop mixes, growing cover crops, and grazing.
I have made and used various biostimulants as both foliar and seed applied treatments. I am also interested in helping farmers understand soil tests and devise transition strategies to reduce costs, increase profitability and enjoyment of farming.
