Drawing on more than two decades in science communication, instructional design, and regenerative agriculture, she collaborates with the team to shape online courses, refine educational materials, and support values‑driven marketing.

Rachel has spent more than twenty years studying landscapes of the Mountain West on horseback while wiping her nose on her sleeve. Riding the range has provided her an unparalleled relationship with the land. Her grandfather, an amateur geologist, launched her passion for plant identification and rangeland health. She enjoys putting her keen observations skills and ecological literacy to connect clients to their ecosystem with Grounded Life Soil Consulting, and supporting distance learners and CREATE Fellows as the Online Student Support Manager with Integrity Soils. 

Fran is passionate about bringing people together to create meaningful experiences that support positive change in agriculture and food systems. As Events Manager at Integrity Soils, she plays a central role in designing and delivering events that foster connection, learning, and collaboration across the regenerative and agroecological space.
