Pricing
Prices are denominated in United States Dollars (USD) and will adjust to your local currency at checkout.
Refunds on Online Courses
We do not offer refunds on online soil health courses, with the following exception: if you are based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the date of purchase, provided you have not yet accessed or begun the course content. Once course content has been accessed, the right of withdrawal is waived in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive provisions for digital content.
Returns on Physical Products — 30-Day Policy
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received — unused, with tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, contact us at info@integritysoils.com. If your return is accepted, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note: we do not refund original postage costs, return shipping costs, or merchant/payment processing fees.
Integrity Soils is not responsible for stolen or lost packages.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@integritysoils.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalised products
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return it under the above policy and place a new separate order once your return is accepted.
European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing justification.
Physical items must be returned in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging — along with proof of purchase.
Note: Our standard 30-day return window is more generous than the EU minimum requirement, and EU customers may use the full 30-day window for physical goods.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
