The work that he does is not about fixing things. Instead, the work starts with listening: understanding a client's goals, observing the land closely, and figuring out together where the biggest opportunities for change actually are. That might mean rethinking a management plan, building a compost system, or simply learning to read what the soil biology and minerals are saying.

Along the way, Casey has trained with mentors around the world, spending countless hours under the microscope and tending compost systems, always in pursuit of a deeper understanding of how living soil functions. Casey also loves teaching, and can often be found leading workshops or speaking to groups across New Mexico and beyond.

What matters most to him is supporting people while helping them find their own answers; building the confidence to trust their own eyes and instincts.
