About This Retreat:

An intensive leadership retreat for people shaping the future of food

Gather & Lead is a distilled version of our flagship CREATE program — brought together in one intimate retreat for leaders and communicators in the food and ecosystem space. Five days of deep work in the Montana mountains, followed by three months of dedicated one-on-one coaching.
